Verona Youth Hockey

Complete the registration process here for all hockey players in your family. At the end of the process you will receive an email with a registration confirmation.

STEP 1: REGISTER FOR USA HOCKEY

Registration with USA Hockey for the 2022-23 season is required. Register each player separately with USA Hockey as a PLAYER and save the confirmation codes for each player. 

STEP 2: RETURN TO THIS REGISTRATION 

On the next page you will enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

STEP 3: PAY REGISTRATION FEES

At the end of your registration for all players you are registering, you will see payment options in your Shopping Cart. Payments will be made online with the option to do a payment plan. Upon completion of your registration you will receive an email with your registration confirmation.

Total fees include ice time for the season. At the Mite level, one tournament is included in the fees. At the Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, U12 Girls (Mavericks), and U14 Girls (Mavericks) levels, three tournaments are included in registration fees for the season. 

* If players register after September 4th, $100 total per player at the Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, and U14 Girls (Mavericks) levels will be added to your payment. ($50 will be charged on October 15, and $50 will be charged on December 31.)

Multi Skater Discount

Families with more than one skater in VWYH or Madison Mavericks at the U6 level or higher will receive multi-skater discounts as outlined below:

• Oldest skater is full price.
• Each skater in the family after the oldest skater (not including LTP) will receive a $50 discount off registration fees.

Goalie Discount

Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget, U12 Girls (Mavericks), and U14 Girls (Mavericks) players placed on a team as a full-time goalie will receive a $300 discount off registration fees. The discount will be applied through SportsEngine and divided between the October 15th and the December 31st installments.

Registration fees for the 2022-23 season will be collected directly through the Sports Engine application. Therefore all fees must be paid online through the Sports Engine application. Checks will not be accepted. Upon registration a minimum payment is required for each level. See levels above for fees due at time of registration. Online payment options will be available for selection on the shopping cart page at the end of the registration process. 

PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online upon conclusion of the registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. 

ONLINE SCHEDULED PAYMENTS PLAN: (Not available for Learn to Play)  Fees are divided into installments with the first installment to be collected online upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. See above for fees due at registration. 

·         The remaining balance will be due in two equal installments automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on October 15, 2022 and December 31, 2022. 

·         If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your SportsEngine account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.

Bantam eligible players trying out for their High School team please choose the Scheduled Payments option.
