MITE MARCH MELTDOWN TOURNAMENT

Tournament dates: March 4-5, 2023

Location: Verona Ice Arena (451 E Verona Ave, Verona, WI 53593)

Team Fee: $375, due with registration

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, rosters and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Upon completion of registration, a charge from Verona Youth Hockey will appear on your account.

Each coach and assistant must be registered with USA Hockey. Please register and then return to this Registration Session to sign up for the Mite tournament.

• Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register. Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s).
• Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
